A Little Miss Conception - Infertility Awareness
A podcast about the trials and tribulations of trying to conceive, and the struggles to start, or complete our families. Host, Kristy Saunders, speaks with real women, and men, who are affected by infertility. Some who have been able to achieve their dream of becoming parents, and also some who have not. It is an honest, warm and respectful space to share and learn.
Each week we hear from either professionals in the fertility space, or real people, like you and me, who are sharing their stories, in the hopes that we can help others who are on this journey.
There will be laughs, there will be tears, and hopefully a lot of useful information. Happy listening!

Ep. 4 - Embryology 101 with Embryologist Dr. Helana Shehadeh
What is the difference between a Day 4 or Day 5 transfer? 3BB Embryo... What does that mean?
On this weeks episode, I sit down with Embryologist, Dr Helana Shehadeh to discuss all things embryo's! She has over 11 years in the field and is incredibly experienced and passionate about her role.
We get to pull back the curtain and find out EXACTLY what happens when we hand over our eggs and sperm to the professionals during an IVF cycle. She runs us through embryo grading, fresh vs frozen transfers, day 4 vs day 5 embryo transfers and so much more!
This episode answers A LOT of questions, and Helana makes science fun!
Stick around for our 'Ask Dr Ray' Segment at the end, where we discuss sex during ovulation week.
