A Little Miss Conception - Infertility Awareness
A podcast about the trials and tribulations of trying to conceive, and the struggles to start, or complete our families. Host, Kristy Saunders, speaks with real women, and men, who are affected by infertility. Some who have been able to achieve their dream of becoming parents, and also some who have not. It is an honest, warm and respectful space to share and learn.
Each week we hear from either professionals in the fertility space, or real people, like you and me, who are sharing their stories, in the hopes that we can help others who are on this journey.
There will be laughs, there will be tears, and hopefully a lot of useful information. Happy listening!

Episode 12 - Deb Ashton - Natural conception, ovulation tracking & taking a holistic approach
After a lovely week away with my family, I am unfortunately a little behind schedule.
This week we sit down with Naturopath, Nutritionist and Registered Nurse, Deb Ashton, and we take it back to basics and discuss some ways you can improve your chances of natural conception in that horrible first 12 months of trying to conceive... before most fertility clinics or doctors will see you .
We talk about all the ways you can track your ovulation and the importance of understanding your own body.
Whilst this might all be fairly straightforward to those of you who have been on this train for a while, it might be a good refresher or reminder for those of you who are just beginning.
Stay tuned for this weeks "Ask Dr Ray" segment where we discuss single versus double embryo transfers... we get the low down.
