A Little Miss Conception - Infertility Awareness
A podcast about the trials and tribulations of trying to conceive, and the struggles to start, or complete our families. Host, Kristy Saunders, speaks with real women, and men, who are affected by infertility. Some who have been able to achieve their dream of becoming parents, and also some who have not. It is an honest, warm and respectful space to share and learn.
Each week we hear from either professionals in the fertility space, or real people, like you and me, who are sharing their stories, in the hopes that we can help others who are on this journey.
There will be laughs, there will be tears, and hopefully a lot of useful information. Happy listening!

Ep. 17 - Sandra Sapio - Pt 1 - Acupuncture - The benefits of acupuncture in fertility
This week is part 1 of our chat with the amazing Sandra Sapio, of Essence of Health . She has been a naturopath for over 20 years and has a real passion for women's reproductive health and fertility.
She is a well-trusted and highly regarded Acupuncturist, working together with IVF Specialists and Fertility Clinics, along with other health care professionals. She is passionate about working with fertility issues and dedicates much of her acupuncture practice to working with patients with fertility issues.
In part 1, we talk all things acupuncture! What exactly is it, what does it feel like, what are the benefits... and so much more.
I have had the pleasure of utilising Sandra's services on my road to motherhood and believe that her work, alongside that of my fertility specialist, made all the difference.
If you've been on the fence or just curious to know what its all about, give our episode a listen!
Dr Ray is back this week explaining the difference between a LONG vs SHORT protocol.
